In B.S.M.S Degree Udal Thathuvam (Physiology) includes Siddha Physiology (Udal Thathuvam) and Modern Physiology.
Physiology is an experimental science of life. Its goal is to explain the physical and chemical factors that are responsible for the origin, development and progression of life. This explains about the functions of each system and how they communicate to maintain good health. The department of physiology has efficient staff members, excellent infrastructure with microscope and all other equipments. It has a museum and departmental library, in order to practically train the students about the basic diagnosis of the disease through siddha as well as modern physiology.
